Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted only on the basis of Prices ruling on date of shipment.

 TAXES ON SALES

If, under any law now or hereafter passed, the seller is required to pay a tax on sales, or an Excise Tax, the amount of these taxes will be added to the invoice value.

 TERMS

2% 10th Prox., Net 30th no anticipation. Accounts overdue will be subject to interest charges.

 MINIMUM QUANTITIES

Prices quoted Harrington Tools distributors are based on purchases of full box quantities or carton packs where available. Orders for less than standard box or carton quantities will be increased to the next highest multiple as shown under "PACK."

 SERVICE CHARGE - SMALL ORDERS

Orders for less than $100.00 will be subject to a shipping service charge of $5.00 per order.

 WARRANTY

All Tools are warranted to be free from defective workmanship and materials. Any such defective product will, at our option, be replaced or repaired free of charge if returned to us transportation charges prepaid. Our liability under all warranties, expressed or implied, shall be limited to the replacement or repair of defective products.
